Beautiful community! Office staff is super friendly... I did a tour with Jerica she was very knowledgeable friendly and full of energy... If you are needing a place I would recommend going to see them.
They say they are going to make repairs but yet they haven’t been completed.. someone from cor even called me personally but it’s been almost 6 months and i still haven’t gotten my storage unit where the clothes dryer goes fixed.. it’s not even sturdy door is broken inside gutted out.. i feel like they don’t care about their tenants as they proclaimed I pay for a unit with washer/dryer connection but can’t utilize it because of the broken storage unit
The rent is decent but you get what you pay for. I’ve only lived in my townhome for 2 weeks and this apartment is INFESTED with roaches. Charlotte 360 needs to bomb the ENTIRE building 3006 that includes apt 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8!!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I only stopped by to ask some questions regarding my interest in maybe moving into your apartments. I must I was greeted in the most welcoming way by a girl named Jerica. She answered and of my question very clear and just all in all made me feel like a regular person and not just someone trying to rent. I would recommend anyone to stop here if they are looking for a place to stay. The prices at very reasonable and are very nice.
Deceptive Images and Substandard Conditions: Steer Clear of this Property
I recently signed a lease for an apartment at Charlotte360, with my planned move-in date set for 7/7/2023. However, I feel compelled to share my immense disappointment with the property. The images portrayed on the website were highly misleading, and the actual state of the property fell far below my expectations. Despite driving 13 hours to relocate to a new state, my family and I decided against moving into the property due to its condition.
Upon arrival, it became evident that the property did not resemble the pristine appearance depicted in the website's photos. The apartments were far from being renovated as claimed; they were outdated and poorly maintained, exhibiting visible damages and signs of neglect. The exterior walls of the building had mud stains, and various areas showed cracks and water stains.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the property was significantly subpar. We encountered insects on the floor, raising concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance. This unsettling situation had a negative impact on our comfort and overall experience, rendering the prospect of staying there unfeasible.
In addition to the disappointing condition of the property itself, I had serious reservations regarding the safety of the community. Despite the website's claims of a secure environment, the reality proved quite the opposite. The surrounding area appeared rundown and emitted an uncomfortable atmosphere. I found myself feeling uneasy.
Regrettably, my attempts to address these issues with the management were met with indifference and a lack of willingness to promptly resolve the situation. Their unsatisfactory response further deepened my disappointment. Despite having ten other apartment communities under their management, and despite initially suggesting a potential transfer to another community, they ultimately refused to assist us. They stated they could not refund our first month's rent, even though we did not spend more than an hour at the property. The only resolution they offered was a refund of our deposit, which would take an agonizingly long eight weeks to process. Consequently, they retained $1,550 of our money.
To prevent other prospective tenants from enduring a similar ordeal, I strongly recommend that the management invest in much-needed renovations and repairs. Regular pest control measures should also be prioritized to address the concerning insect issue. Furthermore, it is imperative that they take their tenants' safety concerns seriously and work towards establishing a more secure and welcoming environment.
In conclusion, my leasing experience at Charlotte360 was an unfortunate and highly disappointing one, failing to live up to the expectations fostered by the website's deceptive images. The damages, presence of insects, and concerns regarding community safety significantly undermined any semblance of comfort. I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for both the property management and prospective tenants, urging them to take appropriate action.
I visited Charlotte 360 Apts last week and it was a very welcoming feeling. Very friendly staff , Jennifer help me with the tour . She was kind enough to work with me during my lunch hour .The apartment is just want I’m looking for . Jennifer even gave me information of schools near by . She was very helpful. The application process was very easy . So now just waiting on my move in date . Definitely recommend if your looking for something near uptown.
